Shipping Information (within Australia)
All customer orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered between 3-10 business days from the time it leaves our shipping depots. If your order has not been received within 10 business days, please contact us immediately by email at:

Shipping Information (International)
All international orders are delivered between 5-14 business days from the time it leaves our shipping depots. However, shipment may take slightly longer going through customs processes, depending on the destination country’s policies. Unfortunately, we cannot control customs fees or policies and apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Please be aware that 365 Apparel is NOT responsible for a) any lost or stolen packages, b) packages sent to incorrectly advised addresses, or c) refunding/replacing packages in both these situations.

Refund and Returns
At 365 Apparel your satisfaction and experience with us is our key priority. Upon receiving your item, if it is faulty or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your payment. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 28 days of purchase. All items must be unworn and returned in  their original packaging. Whilst we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges, the customer is required to pay for the return postage costs.
